Karlovy Vary is a breathtaking, colourful, spa town. In the valley of the Teplá river there are beautiful historic town houses and colonades where you can enjoy your walk, tasting varoius thermal springs and you could try the typical local waffles. If the local spring water is not your cup of tea, why don't you try the legendary Becherovka liqueur. The greates film festival in the Czech republic is held annualy in Carlsbad, but if want to avoid the crowds, we suggest you visit this magnificent town some other time.
