Zámek Lednice
Lednice Chateau use to be the summer residence of Lichtenstein House. They acquired the chateau in the 13th century and they gradually renovated this property. Its current Gothic apperance was added to the chateau in the half of 19th century. This fairy-tale chateau has beautiful interiors as well as impressive exteriors. The monumental palm glasshouse stands next to the chateau. Further in the park is a Moorish minaret, the only structure of this kind in the Czech republic. Few kilometers further a romantic man made ruin of John's Castle (Janův hrad) is located.
